This task describes how to configure the ServiceNow Ticketing connector in Playblocks. Follow the steps to enable and set up the connector.

Access Playblocks and click Connectors.

Select ServiceNow ticketing.

Turn on the Enabled toggle button.

In the Name field, enter a name.

In the URL field, enter your ServiceNow URL.

In the Username and Password field, enter the User ID and Password that you created for Playblocks in your ServiceNow account.

Click Save.
