Importing Emails to Archive

Administrators can import emails from the email archiving solutions they used in the past or from other sources.

Note:

Importing emails to Archiving is free for up to 1 TB. If you need to import more than 1 TB, you must purchase additional import capacity.

If you need help with the import, you can purchase Check Point's Professional Services team to perform the import for you.

Monitoring Import Status

After an import starts, you can track its progress in the table on the Archiving > Import page. The table shows these details for each import:

Column Description
File Name The name of the imported ZIP file.
Files The number of files processed and their result. For example, 2/4 successful, 2 failed.
Import Process The progress of the import process.
Status The current status of the import.

For each import, you can download a report with the details of failed and skipped emails.
