Use Cases

SmartConfig Recommendations supports customers at different stages of their Avanan journey:

  • Newly onboarded customers who require guidance to configure Avanan according to recommended standards.

  • Smaller customers who do not have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to review and validate their configuration.

  • Existing customers who may not perform quarterly reviews of their environment or adjust configurations as organizational requirements evolve.

  • Customers who have not yet adopted newly released features that can improve productivity and strengthen security posture.
