Step 1: Run the First Time Configuration Wizard on the First Orchestrator MHO-200
This procedure configures:
-
The Gaia operating system on the first Maestro Orchestrator.
-
The Maestro environment (the number of Sites, the number of Maestro Orchestrators on each Site, the Member ID).
If your Maestro environment has two or more Maestro Orchestrators, then you configure the first Maestro Orchestrator, and then other Maestro Orchestrators join the first Maestro Orchestrator.
-
Optional: Change the default IP address (
192.168.1.1 / 24) of the Management port of the first Maestro Orchestrator.- Make sure Maestro Orchestrator is powered off.
- Connect your workstation to the Console port on the Maestro Orchestrator.
- Power on Maestro Orchestrator.
-
In the terminal emulator application, log in to the Gaia
operating system.
Username:
adminPassword:

show interface Mgmt1 -
Examine the default gateway configuration:
show route static all
-
On a workstation, on the relevant interface, configure an IPv4 address from the same subnet that is configured on the Management port of the Maestro Orchestrator.
Note:
-
The default subnet is:
192.168.1.1 / 24 -
If you changed the default IPv4 configuration over the console connection, then configure an IPv4 address from the new subnet.
-
-
On your workstation, in a web browser, connect to the IPv4 address of the Management port.
