General Settings
The General Settings page lets you customize the end-user experience with your company branding and support information. You can customize:
-
Web Security Notifications - The notification pages (block and detect pages) that end users see when they browse the internet.
-
Support Options - The Support section of the SASE agent (user guide, live chat, and support phone numbers).
-
Supported with SASE agent version 12.8 and higher for Windows and Mac.

Changes are applied to end users at the next agent sign-in.

Administrators and Managers can view and edit the settings.

The Web Security Notifications tab appears only for tenants with Secure Web Gateway (SWG) enabled and an Internet Access plan.

If you do not change the settings, end users see the default SASE experience, same as before this feature.
