AI Assist

AI Assist is Check Point's GenAI assistant, that boosts security effectiveness of administrators and SOC analysts.

To access AI Assist, click AI Assist from the top banner, which opens the AI Assist's chat window.

General Actions

To perform the general actions, access AI Assist from the top banner.

Click in the AI Assist chat window to perform these actions:

Action	Description
New chat	Starts a new chat.
Chat history	View chat history by month.
Suggested questions	Suggests follow-up questions related to the last response.
Show reasoning by default	Enable this option to automatically display the reasoning behind AI Assist responses in the chat window.
Prompt security	AI Assist provides the following prompt security levels: Basic Optimized Strict These levels determine how thoroughly AI Assist inspects and classifies user prompts, and how strictly it applies controls to help protect sensitive data and defend against prompt-based attacks.

Supported Capabilities for Mobile Security

AI Assist can address questions for which the answer is available in Check Point Mobile Security documentation (Product guides, SK articles, CheckMates articles).

AI Assist can also audit policies to improve the global mobile fleet security posture and analyze security events reported in Mobile Security as Early Availability (EA), available on demand. For more information, contact Check Point Support.
