Advanced Settings for Persistent Desktops

  1. Disable the Anti-Malware Periodic Scan. See the instructions above.
  2. If you cannot disable the Anti-Malware Periodic Scan, then enable the Anti-Malware Randomized Scan.
    1. Connect with the Database Tool (GuiDBEdit Tool) (sk13009) to the Endpoint Security Management Server.
    2. Configure the value true for the attribute enable_randomized_scan.
    3. Configure the value true for the attribute enable_schedular_scan.
    4. Configure the applicable value for the attribute scan_interval.
  3. In SmartEndpoint, install policy.
