Devices

The Devices page shows all connected devices. You can manage devices and view details about connected devices.

To view the Devices page, access Harmony Connect and click Assets > Devices.

The table below shows the different device management options:

Item Description

Cloud Locations

Select the number of Managing User Locations limited to the license entitlement.

Revoke Selected Device

Deny the device permissions to access resources.

Remove Device

Deletes the device.

Export to CSV

Exports all users and devices data to a CSV file.

Search

Search by Name or Status.

Filter

Filter by Device Status or by Upgrade Status.

The table shows the current status of your devices:

Parameter Description

Device Status

Device status in Harmony Connect.

Possible values:

  • Connected - Agent established a successful VPN connection.

  • Disconnected - Agent VPN tunnel is disconnected.

  • Inside Office - Agent is connected to the office LAN.

  • Exited - User permanently quit the agent.

  • Service stopped - User uninstalled the agent or stopped the service.

  • Restricted - Access to corporate resources are restricted.

  • Suspended - User suspended the agent security for a limited period of time.

  • Connection failure - Agent was unable to establish a VPN connection.

  • Shut down - Agent has been shut down by the Operating System of the device.

    Note - This is supported only with the agent version 1.5.22 and higher.

Full Name

Full name of the user.

Email

User email address to which the invitation is sent.

Device Name

Device system name.

Operating System

Device operating system and version.

Device Posture

Device posture status.

Possible values:

  • Compliant

  • Not compliant

  • Not required

Version

Version of the Harmony Connect Agent.

Last seen

Date and time of the last connection session from the device.

Installation Date

Date and time of the Harmony Connect Agent installation.

Upgrade Status

Status of the Harmony Connect Agent automatic upgrade to the recommended or latest version. For more information, see Agent Deployment.

Supported values are:

  • Upgrade is ready to be installed.

  • Upgrade started.

  • Up to date - Successfully upgraded Harmony Connect Agent to the latest or recommended version.

  • Upgrade is disabled - Automatic upgrade of Harmony Connect Agent is disabled.

    Note - By default, automatic upgrade is enabled. To disable, contact Check Point Support.

  • Upgrade failed - Harmony Connect Agent automatic upgrade failed. For example, due to a security breach on the device.

    If the upgrade fails, we recommend that you manually uninstall and re-install the Harmony Connect client.

Last Upgrade Time

Date and time of the last automatic upgrade, in the local timezone of the device where the agent is installed.
