Updating SmartConsole in GUI

If the SmartConsole Client device is connected to the Internet, then SmartConsole updates itself automatically and asks you to restart it.

If you disabled automatic updates of SmartConsole (see sk171315), you can update SmartConsole manually.

  1. Log in to SmartConsole.
  2. In the top left corner, click the SmartConsole icon > click Check for Updates.
    • If the latest build is already installed, then SmartConsole shows SmartConsole is up to date.
    • If an update is available, SmartConsole downloads it and shows the corresponding popup window.
  3. If an update is available, click Install Now.
  4. Click Relaunch Now.
