Integrations
You can connect your SaaS platforms to discover and scan agent-based AI workloads (AI agents). After you complete the integration, the agents appear in the AI Inventory.

OpenAI Enterprise Integration
The OpenAI Enterprise integration connects your workspace to OpenAI through a compliance-controlled API and provides visibility into OpenAI usage within your organization.
After you configure the integration, the system retrieves data from OpenAI and adds discovered agents to the inventory, where you can review and manage them.
This integration complements other data collection methods and helps you identify AI usage that is not detected automatically.
Prerequisites

An active ChatGPT Enterprise plan

Access to the Compliance API in your OpenAI organization

Permissions to access the OpenAI admin console
To configure the integration:

From the left menu, select Integrations and then click OpenAI Enterprise.

Follow the onscreen instructions:

Log in to the OpenAI admin console at https://platform.openai.com.

Go to Organization Settings > Compliance & Security.

Create or copy these values:

Compliance API key
-
Workspace ID

On the Workforce AI Security portal, click Configure Integration.

In the integration settings, enter the values of Workspace ID and API key.

Click Save.

After you save the integration, Workforce AI Security automatically connects to your OpenAI organization and retrieves AI agent data. Discovered agents appear in the Inventory, where you can review and manage them.
