Applications
The Applications page shows the total number of applications discovered as used by the users in the selected time frame.
Widgets
The widgets allow you to compare used applications by risk, by category, or see the most popular applications in your organization.
The Application by risk widget shows the percentage of applications across all risk levels representing together 100% of the applications identified during the selected timeframe.

The Application by category widget shows the top five categories of AI inputs used in your organization.
The Top used applications widget shows the applications with the highest number of sessions during the selected timeframe.

Important - Trend calculation compares the selected timeframe with an equally sized preceding period. To support this comparison, the tenant must retain data for at least twice the length of the selected timeframe. For example, a tenant with a 90-day retention period can display trends for timeframes up to 45 days. If the retention period is shorter than required, the trend indicator is not displayed. |
Table
The Applications table shows detailed insights into user activities in various generative AI applications, including their risk levels, type, number of users, and sensitive content. Applications managed by your organization are labeled as Managed making it easy to identify instances where you can set distinct policies apart from the general application policy.
