Users

The Users page shows all connected users. You can manage existing users and invite new users.

To view the Users page, access Harmony Connect and click Assets > Users.

The table below shows the different user management options:

Download Agent / Add

Adding Users manually (Add) or with an Identity Provider (Download Agent).

Cloud Locations

Select the number of managing user locations limited to the license entitlement.

Delete User

Delete the user.

Export to CSV

Exports all users and devices data to a CSV file. You can see this information with the Trusted Devices.

Search

Search by User or Email.

Filter

Filter by Device Status.

The table shows the current status of your users:

Parameter Description

Status

User status in Harmony Connect.

Possible values:

  • Connected - Agent established a successful VPN connection.

  • Disconnected - Agent VPN tunnel is disconnected.

  • Invite Sent - Harmony Connect registration invite was sent to the user.

  • Inside Office - Agent is connected to the office LAN.

  • Exited - User permanently quit the agent.

  • Service stopped - User uninstalled the agent or stopped the service.

  • Pending Location - User is added before the creation of roaming location. Once the administrator completes location creation in the tenant, the pending location issue is resolved.

  • Restricted - Access to corporate resources are restricted.

  • Revoked - Administrator deleted the user in the Harmony Connect portal.

  • Pending - Agent installation is in process.

  • Suspended - User suspended the agent security for a limited period of time.

  • Connection failure - Agent was unable to establish a VPN connection.

  • Shut down - Agent has been shut down by the Operating System of the device.

    Note - This is supported only with the agent version 1.5.22 and higher.

In addition to the status, a warning icon may appear for some of the users. Check Point recommends to review the warning and the suggestions for a resolution. An example of a warning: Could not invite the user to secure Application Access because the user email address already associates with another Infinity Portal account.

Full Name

Full name of the user.

E-mail

User email address to which the invitation is sent.

Trusted Devices

For users with secure Internet Access:
Number of connected devices and number of pending invitations.

Trusted Apps

For users with secure Application-Level accessClosed Clientless access to specific corporate applications, such as web, SSH, RDP, tunnel, and database applications.:
Number of applications that the user has permission to access. The application names appear in the lower part of the page under Policies.

Last Seen

Date and time of the last connection session.
