Demonstrate policy configuration and educate the customer on the automated remediation capabilities of the solution.

Discussion points

  • Automate the prevention of sophisticated phishing attacks such as social engineering, Impersonation attempts and BEC-based threats using Harmony Email & Collaboration powerful phishing detection engines by creating a simple automation policy.

  • Static and dynamic machine learning inspection in real-time that improves phishing detection accuracy and reduces false positives

  • Create a policy suitable for the environment and different sorts of users and groups.

Click Policy on the left panel of the Infinity Portal.

Click on the existing policy rule : Office 365 Mail

Discuss the following topics :

  • Protection Mode:

    • Prevent (Inline): The message is scanned and quarantined before delivery to the user’s inbox.

    • Detect and Remediate: The message is scanned after it’s delivered to the user’s inbox, and quarantined after the scan completes.

    • Detect: Harmony Email & Collaboration will scan messages for malicious indicators, but nothing will be acted upon.

      This is the default setting for Harmony Email & Collaboration.

  • Scope (Users / Groups included in a policy).

  • Prevent Workflows, Threat Extraction & Spam (Do we quarantine the message? Who do we alert if we do? Who is allowed to restore a message from quarantine?.

  • Alerts (All admin facing, not indicative of action items).

  • Advanced Options (We can protect outbound traffic too!).
