evstop

Description

On a dedicated SmartEvent Server or on a Security Management Server with the enabled SmartEvent Server and SmartEvent Correlation Unit Software Blades, this command:

Stops the SmartEvent Server and the SmartEvent Correlation Unit services.
Stops only the SmartEvent Correlation Unit service.

Important:

You can run this command only in the Expert mode.
SmartEvent Server runs this command automatically:
- When you run the "cpstop" command (see cpstop).
- During reboot or shutdown.
