PRJ-7610, PMTR-42628	NEW: SmartConsole performance improvement when performing daily operations such as loading the rulebase, scrolling through the rule base and searching network objects.

PRJ-10293	When adding a Time object to Access Control rule, SmartConsole may unexpectedly close.

PRJ-7101, PRHF-6534	Incorrect last contact time might be displayed in the Users/Computers tab.
PRJ-7102, PRHF-6746	Unable to change preboot authentication method from "specific" back to "default".
PRJ-7866, PMTR-46623	1500 series firmware packages do not appear in SmartProvisioning firmware upgrade options.
PRJ-8064, PMTR-46635	Topology page under gateway and cluster objects is not properly viewed when using Windows high DPI display settings. Refer to sk155892.
