Roles
Workforce AI Security allows four specific service roles. The specific service roles are in addition to the Global Roles and do not override them. For more information, see Specific Service Roles in the Check Point Portal Administration Guide.

Read-only permissions to all pages. Cannot create or edit a policy. This role does not allow to view prompts of any risk level. |

Read & write permissions to all pages, including but not limited to Overview, Policies, and Events. This role does not allow to view prompts of any risk level. |

Admin - View High-Risk Prompts |
All Admin privileges, including the option to view prompts classified at high and critical risk. |
|
Admin - View All Sensitive Prompts |
Full Admin privileges, including visibility into all sensitive prompts (low-risk and above). |

Note - Prompts that are not classified as sensitive are not available because their content is not stored under privacy controls. |
Assigning Administrator Permission to View Prompts
By default, administrators do not have permissions to view the prompts used by the users. This is to ensure that only specific administrators can view the sensitive prompts.
To view the prompts entered by the users, you must assign the Admin - View Prompts specific service roles to the administrators.
To assign the viewing prompts roles to an administrator:

Log in to the Check Point Portal.

Click Account Settings
> Users. -
Select the user and click Edit on the top toolbar.

In the Edit User window, scroll down and expand the Specific Service Roles section.

Click Add service and edit these details:

In the Service list, select AI Security.

In the Specific service role(s) list, select:

Admin - View High-Risk Prompts to allow to view risky prompt content (high and critical risk) only.

Admin - View All Sensitive Prompts to allow to view all prompts classified as sensitive (low-risk and above).

Click Save.
