Claude Enterprise Integration

The Claude Enterprise integration lets you monitor and track Claude Enterprise usage in your organization. It connects Workforce AI Security to your Anthropic tenant by using a Compliance Access Key, which provides read‑only access to audit and usage data through the Anthropic Compliance API.

Prerequisites

Before you configure the integration, make sure that:

  • Your organization has a Claude Enterprise plan with the Compliance API enabled.

  • You are a Primary Owner on the Anthropic tenant. Only Primary Owners can create Compliance Access Keys.

Configuring the Integration

Configuring the Claude Enterprise integration includes these steps:

  • Create a Compliance Access Key in your Anthropic organization.

  • Use the key to configure the integration in the Check Point Portal.

To create a Compliance Access Key:

  1. Sign in to claude.ai as a Primary Owner.

  2. Go to Organization settings > Data and privacy.

  3. In Compliance access keys, click + Create key.

  4. Enter a name for the key.

  5. Select these scopes:

    • read:compliance_activities

    • read:compliance_org_data

    • read:compliance_user_data

  6. Click Create and copy the access key.

To connect the Workforce AI Security:

  1. In the Check Point Portal, go to Workforce AI Security > Integrations > AI Tools & Assistants > Claude Enterprise.

  2. Click Configure Integration.

  3. Paste the Compliance Access Key and click Save.

When the key is validated, the integration status changes to Active.

If validation fails during a later scan, the status changes to Invalid API Key.

Scanning

After you connect the integration, you must start scanning to collect Claude usage data. You can run a scan manually or set automatic scans.

  • Manual scan - Click Scan Now on the integration card to start an immediate scan. During the scan, the button shows Scanning… and is disabled.

  • Periodic scan - The integration card has a Periodic Scans section. Use this section to set how often the system scans the integration.

Overview

Using the Claude Compliance API, Workforce AI Security provides visibility into Claude usage across users and their activity.

This helps you monitor how Claude is used in your organization and review related data in the Check Point Portal.

Inventory

After the scan completes, Workforce AI Security lists Claude users as agents in Inventory > Agents.

This section shows how the agents are listed and what details are available.

Agent types

Workforce AI Security creates one or more agents for a Claude user. The number of agents depends on where the user uses Claude.

  • Claude in Browser (Compliance API) - chats from Claude on the web. Workforce AI Security includes mobile chats in this agent.

  • Claude Desktop (Compliance API) - chats from the Claude Desktop app.

  • Claude in Mobile (Compliance API) - chats from the Claude Mobile app.

Agent details

For each agent, Workforce AI Security shows:

  • Owner - the user’s email address from Anthropic.

  • Usage - the user's usage amount for this Claude interface.

    Possible values are No usage, Low, Medium, High, Very High, or Extreme.

  • Models used - the Claude models that the user used (for example, Claude Sonnet or Claude Opus).

Activity Visibility

The Claude Compliance API allows Workforce AI Security to retrieve files and scan them using Check Point's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities.

These activities appear in Events.

Key Rotation and Deletion

To replace the Compliance Access Key, delete the integration and configure it again with a new key.

After the new key is validated, revoke the old key in the Anthropic console.
