Mobile Device Management (MDM) integration allows Workforce AI Security to synchronize device and user information from supported third-party MDM providers. This integration is optional and not required for the minimum viable deployment of Workforce AI Security.

MDM integration is typically configured after completing the core onboarding steps. Because Workforce AI Security supports multiple MDM providers, each with vendor-specific configuration steps, the detailed integration procedures are documented separately from the main onboarding flow.

This appendix provides standalone, provider-specific procedures for configuring MDM synchronization. Administrators should follow only the instructions relevant to the MDM solution used in their environment.
