This section contains provider‑specific procedures that support Workforce AI Security onboarding and initial setup processes.

The appendices include detailed instructions for:

• deploying the Workforce AI Security client

• distributing scripts and other installation artifacts

• synchronizing users and devices with supported external systems

Some of these procedures involve integrating Workforce AI Security with a mobile device management (MDM) system - an external management platform that organizations use to manage devices and associated users. When integrated, Workforce AI Security uses the MDM system to discover managed devices and synchronize user and device data during onboarding.

Note - Identity Provider (IdP) selection and MDM integration are configured independently. MDM integration is used to identify users for the Inventory and Risk Posture pages. It is not used to synchronize users for policy rules and does not automatically deploy the agent or the script. The selected IdP determines which users and groups are available for policy scope.

Each appendix is self‑contained and provides the steps required to complete these activities for a specific platform. Use only the appendices that apply to the systems deployed in your environment.
