Tokens

Tokens are the secret keys used to establish a secure connection between two systems. It shows the number of active / detected tokens in your SaaS ecosystem.

Column

Description

Name

IntegrationClosed Entity (SaaS application, plug-in, API key, and so on) that facilitate the integration of the host service with the linked service. name that generated the token.

Risk

Risk level of the token in your SaaS ecosystem.

Host ServiceClosed Host service (platform, application, interface) that provides certain services to other services.

Service that is authenticating the token.

Tags

System assigned tags based on a predefined logic to further categorize the token.

Scopes

Number of scopes (permissions) requested by the token.

To view the scope details, click the number. The system opens the right pane and shows the scopes.

Type

Type of the token.

Account

User account on behalf of which the token is generated.

To view the details about the user account, click the account name. See Users.

Domain wide

Shows if the token is generated for a specific user or it is for global access.

Status

Status of the token.

Issued at

Date and time when the token was issued.

Last activity

Date and time when the token was last used.

Inbound Tokens

It shows the tokens generated by this service which are used by host services in the SaaS ecosystem.

To view the inbound tokens, select the Inbound toggle button above the table and then select Inbound tokens.

Revoking a Token

  1. Click the icon from the last column of the token.

  2. Click Revoke.

  3. In the confirmation pop-up that appears, click Confirm.
