Services

The Services tab shows a list of all the services detected in the SaaS ecosystem.

For example, a user uses the Google Workspace login credentials to log into Zoom. Here, Google Workspace is the host service providing login service to the Zoom service.

To view Services, click Ecosystem and then click the Services widget.

Column

Description

ServiceClosed Host service (platform, application, interface) that provides certain services to other services. name

Service name. Click to view Service Details.

Risk

Risk level of the service:

  • Critical

  • High

  • Medium

  • Low

  • Trivial

Connected

Indicates whether the service is connected (integrated) with Harmony SaaS:

  • - Fully connected

  • - Partially connected

  • - Error. Failed to connect

  • - Harmony SaaS supports to connect with this service but it is not connected.

  • [Empty] - Harmony SaaS does not support connection with this service.

Category

Service category. For example, Collaboration, Productivity, Marketing and so on.

Tags

System assigned tags based on a predefined logic to further categorize the service.

Integrations

Number of active / detected integrations with the service.

For example, 95 / 100 indicates that there are 95 active integrations out of the 100 detected integrations in your SaaS ecosystem.

Tokens

Number of active / detected tokens associated with the service.

Accounts

Number of active / detected accounts with the service.

For example, 95 / 100 indicates that there are 95 active accounts out of the 100 detected accounts in your SaaS ecosystem.

Visits

Number of service visits detected in the Quantum gateway over the last two weeks.

To view a connection map of prominent services, click the icon from the top-left corner of the page.

The Service Details page shows details about the SaaS service.

Tags

System assigned tags based on a predefined logic to further categorize the service.

Installation status

Service connection status with Harmony SaaS:

  • - Fully connected

  • - Partially connected

  • - Error. Failed to connect

  • Unsupported - Harmony SaaS does not support connection with this service.

  • Connect to view - The service is not connected with Harmony SaaS. To connect, click Connect to view.

Type

Type of service.

Category

Service category.

Pricing estimate

Pricing details of the service, if available.

First used

Date when the service was first used.

Last used

Date when the service was last obtained.

Risk assessment

Risk level for the service in your SaaS ecosystem.

Website

Website of the service.

Security Overview

The Security Overview section shows the compliance and certificates of the service and its privacy and terms statement.

Status

The Status section shows the health status of the service:

  • Alerts by severity widget shows the number of alerts grouped by risk level.

  • Account categorization widget shows the number of accounts grouped by type.

  • Insights by severity widget shows the number of Insights (recommended actions by Harmony SaaS) grouped by risk level.

Locations

The Locations section shows the service providers and the locations from where the service is operating.

Visits

The Visits section shows a graph of service visits from Check Point Quantum Gateways.
