Importing the SD-WAN Dashboards

Important - Make sure you have the latest unified SD-WAN Observability Dashboards JSON file from sk180605 > section "SD-WAN Observability".

The unified dashboard contains these tabs:

  • Underlay SD-WAN tab - underlay status, MAP, SLA, link quality, and troubleshooting for each Security Gateway.

  • Overlay SD-WAN tab - overlay tunnel health, VPN diagnostics, and capacity indicators.

  • Application Dashboard - Log Exporter tabs - application, user, source, gateway, and session visibility from Loki logs.

  • Availability Dashboard tab - Security Gateway availability percentage, and up/down history.

  • SD-WAN Events tab – SD-WAN Events

  1. Do one of these:

    • Upload the Dashboard JSON file from your computer and click Load.

    • Paste the Dashboard JSON syntax and click Load.

  2. After Grafana loads the Dashboard:

    1. You can change the Dashboard Name.

    2. Map the required data sources when prompted:

      • Prometheus for the Underlay, Overlay, and Availability tabs.

      • Loki for the Users & Applications - Log Exporte, and SD-WAN Events tabs.

      • Infinity for the MAP widget.

    3. Click Import.

The new Dashboard appears.

Example:

After Grafana loads the dashboard, you can change the dashboard name and select the correct data source before you click Import.

The imported unified dashboard appears in Grafana and it is ready for use after the required plugins and data sources are mapped.
