Predefined Service Roles

Smart-1 Cloud includes predefined Specific Service Roles that provide standard levels of access to the service.

These roles map directly to predefined permission profiles in Web, Streamed, or installed SmartConsole:

Smart-1 Cloud Role	SmartConsole Permission Profile	Description
Admin	Super User	Provides full read and write access to all features, including administrator permissions and session management.
Read-Only	Read Only All	Provides complete read‑only access to all available information.

Note - Specific service roles extend the user’s global role and do not replace or override it. A user’s effective permissions are the combination of all roles assigned to them.
