Infinity AI Copilot

The Infinity AI Copilot allows you to filter emails using prompts in your preferred language with GenAI. It enables you to filter more emails than those visible in the Mail Explorer UI.

Notes:

  • The Infinity AI Copilot is hosted in the Check Point cloud restricted to the data region of your Infinity Portal. No information or prompts are shared outside Check Point.

  • Generative AI (LLM) infrastructure used is Azure AI.

    • Protected by a token and behind a firewall.

    • Supervised by Check Point IT.

  • Gen-AI models are closed LLM models.

  • Gen-AI models are based on ChatGPT and are pre-trained.

  • No customer data or queries are used to train the model.

  • Customer data and queries are not shared or used in any way by tenants of other customers.

  • Customer prompts and data are processed in the same region as their portal.

  • Infinity AI Copilot is not available for Infinity Portal accounts residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) region. If required, you can request to enable it. However, data (only the prompts) is processed in the United Kingdom (UK) and not within the borders of the UAE. If you wish to enable Infinity AI Copilot, contact Check Point Support.

To access Infinity AI Copilot:

  1. Access the Harmony Email & Collaboration Administrator Portal.

  2. Go to Mail Explorer.

  3. Click Infinity AI Copilot.

  4. Enter your prompt and click .

Notes:

  • To change or refine a prompt, click on the Infinity AI Copilot logo and refine it as required.
