To enjoy this new benefit, please follow the below instructions:
In your Internet Browser menu, select: Tools>Internet Options
In the "General" tab, select "Languages"
Add "Japanese [ja]" to your Language Preference and click "Move Up" until "Japanese [ja]" is the first on the list.
Refresh your browser.
