Showing System Logs

System logs detail the following events:

• Scheduler event

  The Scheduler performs these scheduled tasks:

  • Renewing certificates

  • Deleting expired certificates from the list of revoked certificates

• Actions performed by SMP users and administrators

• All non-recoverable errors

• All changes to SMP system settings

To show system logs:

1. Go to Logs > System Logs.

   The System Logs window opens.

2. To export the logs to an Excel file, click Actions > To Excel.

System Log Columns

Column	Description
Severity	Severity of the event.
Date	The date and time of the event.
Origin	The name of the host or gateway that generated the log.
Service Domain	The Service Domain for the log.
App	Application that generated the log message.
User	Username that generated the log.
Message	Description of the event.
Information	Additional information about the event.

System Log Severity Icons

Icon	Description
	Error - These logs are usually connected to the database.
	Warning
	Notice - These logs are generated for actions that are completed successfully.
