Reports
By default, report service settings are managed in the gateway plan.
You can override the reports settings set by a plan for a specified gateway. You must first unlock the reports service from the plan.
To configure a plan's report settings:

Go to Home > Plans.

Click the plan name.
The Edit page opens.

Go to Services > Reports.
The Reports page opens.

In Report type, select Classic or Detailed report. Detailed reports are generated by the SmartEvent based on the logs the gateway sends to the SMP.

In Report content, click the down arrow to select the report language.

Click the checkbox to embed the report in the email message body.
Note - This option is only available for classic reports. Detailed reports are sent only as attachments.

In Periodic report settings, select the desired report frequency.

Version R80.20.40 and higher - Select the day of the week (for weekly) and the date in the month (for monthly) to send the report.
Note - If the selected date for the report does not appear in that month (for example, the 31st in a month that only contains 30 days), the report is sent the last day of the month.

Earlier versions - Default values only:

Weekly - Monday.
-
Monthly - The first of the month.

Click Save.
To override the report settings set by a plan:

Go to Home > Gateways.

Click the gateway name.
The Edit page opens.

Go to Services > Reports.
The Reports page opens.

Click Unlock from plan.
The fields are enabled.

Set the applicable options.

Click Save.
Gateway reports created in the SMP are deleted after 7 days. To disable or change this feature, you must change the property KEEP_REPORT_TEMP_FILES
in the configuration file INFO.properties
from false to true.
