Expiration Settings (User)
Use the Expiration window to deactivate the user's account at a set date or time. After you deactivate the account, the user cannot log in to the SMP or gateway.
To configure the expiration settings for a user:

Go to Home > Users.

Click the User ID.
The Edit page opens and shows the General tab.

Click Expiration > User will expire in.

From the drop-down menu, select one of the time settings:

Hours
-
Days
-
Months
-
-
Enter the number of hours, days, or months when the account will deactivate.

In Start From, click one of these options:
-
First login - Starts from the first time the user logs in to SMP.

Specified date - Starts from the configured time.

Click Save.
