Simple Installation

For SmartConsole-managed clients, users can easily install the client on any supported Windows computer without a reboot after installation.

To install Remote Access clients:

1. Download the MSI package and run it with a double-click.

2. Click Next to start.

3. Accept the agreement.

4. Select which product to install (if you did not select this in the prepackaging).

5. For versions before E86.60, confirm a destination folder.

6. Confirm that the installation should start.

7. Click Finish.
   

When installation is complete, Remote Access clients icon appears in the notification area (system tray).
