asg_version

This command is supported only on:

  • Scalable Chassis

Note - You can run this command in Gaia gClish or in the Expert mode.

Description

  • Shows this information:

    • Check Point software version on the Security Gateway Modules (SGMs).

    • Firmware versions on the Security Gateway Modules (SGMs), Security Switch Modules (SSMs), and Chassis Management Modules (CMMs).

  • Makes sure that system hardware components run approved software and firmware versions.

Shows the built-in help.

verify

Makes sure that system hardware components run approved software and firmware versions.

-i

Shows Active and Standby SGMs.

-b <SGM IDs>

Applies to Security Group Members as specified by the <SGM IDs>.

<SGM IDs> can be:

  • No <SGM IDs> specified, or all

    Applies to all Security Group Members and all Sites

  • One Security Group Member (for example, 1_1)

  • A comma-separated list of Security Group Members (for example, 1_1,1_4)

  • A range of Security Group Members (for example, 1_1-1_4)

  • One Site (chassis1, or chassis2)

  • The Active Site (chassis_active)

Shows verbose version information.
