asg_serial_info

This command is supported only on these:

  • ElasticXL Cluster

  • Maestro Security Group

  • Scalable Chassis Security Group

Note - You can run this command in Gaia gClish or in the Expert mode.

Description

  • On ElasticXL Cluster / Maestro:

    Shows the serial numbers of the Security Appliances.

  • On Scalable Chassis

    Shows the serial numbers for the (Chassis Management Modules) CMMs, Security Switch Modules (SSMs), and Scalable Chassis.

    Note - To show the serial numbers for CMMs, SSMs and Scalable Chassis, one of the SGMs on each Scalable Chassis must be in the state "UP".

    For example, if no SGMs in the state "UP" are found on Chassis 2, the serial numbers for components in the Chassis are neither shown nor saved.
