cprinstall revert

Description

Restores the managed Security GatewayClosed Dedicated Check Point server that runs Check Point software to inspect traffic and enforce Security Policies for connected network resources. that runs on SecurePlatform OS from a snapshot saved on that Security Gateway.

Syntax

cprinstall revert <Object Name> <Snapshot File>

Parameters

Parameter

Description

<Object Name>

The name of the Security Gateway object as configured in SmartConsoleClosed Check Point GUI application used to manage a Check Point environment - configure Security Policies, configure devices, monitor products and events, install updates, and so on..

<Snapshot File>

Name of the SecurePlatform snapshot file.

To see the names of the saved snapshot files, run the cprinstall show command.
