Accessing SmartUpdate

Open the SmartUpdate Legacy Check Point GUI client used to manage licenses and contracts in a Check Point environment. in one of these ways:

• In SmartConsole Check Point GUI application used to manage a Check Point environment - configure Security Policies, configure devices, monitor products and events, install updates, and so on., in the top left corner, click Menu > Manage licenses & packages.

• On the SmartConsole client, run this executable file directly:

  • On Windows OS 32-bit:

    C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\<Rxx>\PROGRAM\SmartDistributor.exe

  • On Windows OS 64-bit:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\<Rxx>\PROGRAM\SmartDistributor.exe
