IP Broadcast Helper
UDP broadcasts stop at the edge of the local network. This can be a problem under some circumstances.
For example, if a server is relocated to a different network, but it needs to receive UDP broadcasts from clients, which are not being relocated.
IP Broadcast Helper can solve this problem by forwarding UDP broadcasts to a list of destination IPv4 addresses.
IP Broadcast Helper is a form of static addressing that uses directed broadcasts to forward local and all-nets broadcasts to desired destinations within the internetwork.
