Whitelist Policy
There are two ways to create a list of files that the DLP Rule Base All rules configured in a given Security Policy. Synonym: Rulebase. never matches:

Manually add the files to the Whitelist Policy window in SmartConsole
Check Point GUI application used to manage a Check Point environment - configure Security Policies, configure devices, monitor products and events, install updates, and so on..
Files in the list are uploaded to the Security Management Server
Dedicated Check Point server that runs Check Point software to manage the objects and policies in a Check Point environment within a single management Domain. Synonym: Single-Domain Security Management Server. and not matched against DLP rules.

Best Practice - We recommend it if you have a small number of files.

Place the files in a Whitelist Repository on the network.
Files in this repository are not included in the match.
To add files to the Whitelist:

In SmartConsole, select Security Policies > Shared Policies > DLP and click Open DLP Policy in SmartDashboard.

Legacy Check Point GUI client used to create and manage the security settings in versions R77.30 and lower. In versions R80.X and higher is still used to configure specific legacy settings. opens and shows the DLP tab.

From the navigation tree, click Whitelist Policy.

In the Whitelist Files section, click Add.

Browse to the file.

Click Open.
The file is uploaded to a folder on the Security Management Server
Check Point Single-Domain Security Management Server or a Multi-Domain Security Management Server..
Note - For a file that is not in the DLP match, it must exactly duplicatea file in the whitelist.

Click Save and then close SmartDashboard.

In SmartConsole, install policy.
