To automatically optimize the Endpoint client for a server

Note:

Proxy is not supported.

  1. Make sure that the Endpoint Management Server can access https://ep-repo.epmgmt.checkpoint.com/index.xml to download the server profiles.
  2. Go to Policy > Threat Prevention > Policy Capabilities.
  3. Select a policy rule.
  4. In the Capabilities & Exclusions pane > EndPoint for Server Optimization, select On.
  5. Click Choose the relevant roles to optimize the EndPoint for your servers, and select the servers.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Install Policy.
