File Types Configuration

• Type - The file extension.
• Description - Describes the file extension family. For example, an archive or an executable.
• Action
  • Inspect - Anti-Virus scans these files.
  • Block - Anti-Virus blocks these files and they cannot enter the internal network.
  • Bypass - Anti-Virus allows these files and does not scan them for viruses. Files of this type are considered safe.
