Description
Configures the specified value for the specified kernel parameter.

To make this configuration permanent, you must edit one of the applicable configuration files:
$FWDIR/modules/fwkern.conf
$FWDIR/modules/vpnkern.conf
$PPKDIR/conf/simkern.conf
