Before you can configure IPv6 addresses and IPv6 static routes on a Gaia Security Management Server or Security Gateway you must:

Enable IPv6 support in the Gaia operating system on a Security Management Server or Security Gateway.

On the Security Management Server: Install an IPv6 license.

In SmartConsole: Configure the IPv6 address in Security Management Server or Security Gateway object.

In SmartConsole: Configure the applicable objects with IPv6 addresses.

In SmartConsole: Configure the applicable IPv6 Access Control rules.

In SmartConsole: Install Access Control Policy on Security Gateway object.

Configuring IPv6 Support - Gaia Portal

In the navigation tree, click System Management > System Configuration.

In the IPv6 Support area, click On.

Click Apply.

Confirm, when prompted to reboot.

After the reboot, you can configure IPv6 addresses and IPv6 static routes.
