Weighted Keyword Data Type

What can I do here?

Use this window to create or edit a weighted keyboard data type. Use this type of data when different words have different importance.

For example, if "price list" is used in conjunction with other words such as "current", "reseller", "discount", it should be suspicious; but the other words may be fine, even together, without "price list".

Getting Here - Security Policies > Access Control > Policy > Content column > add new items > New > Weighted Keywords

Menu > New Object > More Object Types > Data Type > Data Type > New Weighted Keywords

Data Type - General Properties

Name - Name of the data type representation.
Comment - Optional comments and notes.
Description - For built-in data types, the description explains the purpose of this type of data representation. For custom-made data types, you can use this field to provide more details.

Weighted Keywords Data Type Fields

Weighted Keywords or Phrases - Click + to add a new keyword or phrase.
Threshold - Define the number of appearances, by weight, of all the keywords that, beyond this threshold, the data containing this list of words or phrases will be recognized as data to be protected.
