Compliance Alerts

If you want to get a compliance alert, you must manually rescan for changes after updating one of the Threat Prevention profiles.

To rescan:

1. Open Manage & Settings > Blades > Compliance > Settings.
2. Click Rescan.

If the change is not recommended, a compliance security alert will show in Tasks.

For example, best practice IPS105 states: The IPS Policy should have Server Protections automatically activated for each profile.

If you:

1. Create a new profile in Threat Prevention.
2. Open the IPS page > Pre R80 Settings.
3. Deselect Server protections.
4. Publish.
5. Rescan.

An alert will show in Tasks.
