The Connection Templates feature accelerates the speed, at which new connections from the same source IP address to the same destination IP address and to the same destination port are established. To achieve the maximum acceleration enhancement, only the Firewall on the Host Security Appliance creates these Connection Templates from active connections according to the Rule Base.
