cprid

Description

Manages the Check Point Remote Installation Daemon (cprid). This daemon is used for remote upgrade and installation of Check Point products on the managed Security Gateways.

Notes:

• You can run these commands only in the Expert mode.
• On a Multi-Domain Server, you must run these commands in the context of the MDS (run mdsenv).

cpridstart

Description

Starts the Check Point Remote Installation Daemon (cprid).

cpridstop

Description

Stops the Check Point Remote Installation Daemon (cprid).

Syntax

cpridstop

run_cprid_restart

Description

Stops and then starts the Check Point Remote Installation Daemon (cprid).
