Data Type - General Properties
- - Name of the data type representation.
- - Optional comments and notes.
- - For built-in data types, the description explains the purpose of this type of data representation. For custom-made data types, you can use this field to provide more details.
Group Data Type Fields
The Content Awareness engine matches files to the Group Data Type if the File Type and the Content Type are matched.
File Type
- At least one file type must be matched. You can select Any. Any includes files, emails and web posts. Any File is only for files.
Content Type
- At least one content type must be matched. You can select Any.
