Running scripts

The scripts repository lets you do many Gaia management and provisioning tasks directly from SmartConsole.

You can manually enter and run a command line script on the selected Gaia Security Gateways. This feature is useful for scripts that you do not need to run more than one time. It also lets you run Clish and other commands directly from SmartConsole.

Actions

For the selected gateway, the Actions in the gateway view let you:

Action	Description
Monitor Info	Show monitoring information
System Backup	Create a system backup, not a snapshot image
System Restore	Restore the system from a backup file
Open Shell	Open a command line on the gateway
Support	Open a new service request
