Notifications
The Notifications page allows you to view and manage:
To view the Notifications page, access the Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal and click Notifications.
Alerts
The Alerts page shows high-risk events generated by Harmony SaaS that require immediate attention.
To view the Alerts page, access the Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal and click Notifications > Alerts.

Addressing the Alert

To revoke or remove integration, scroll to the end of the row for the alert, click

Action
Description
When to Perform
Revoke token Invalidates the user token. The token cannot be used for authentication. However, the user can regenerate the token. Token
Secret key used to establish a secure connection between two systems. is compromised or no longer required.
Remove integration Disconnects the service or application integration with your SaaS application.
Integration
Entity (SaaS application, plug-in, API key, and so on) that facilitate the integration of the host service with the linked service. is no longer required or it is compromised.
Insights

You can review the action and implement or dismiss it.
To view the Insights page, access the Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal and click Notifications > Insights.

Addressing the Insight
To manually change the status of the insight:

Access the Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal and click Notifications.

Click Insights.

To dismiss or mark as done, scroll to the end of the row for the insight, click
and select:
Action
When to Perform
Mark as done Insight is addressed, resolved, or mitigated. Dismiss Insight is irrelevant or false. -
In the Justification field, enter the reason for changing the status.

Click Confirm.
The Are you sure you want to manually change the status window appears.
Catch-ups
