Freshdesk is a cloud-based SaaS application that facilitates and improves customer support.

Integrating Freshdesk

1. Log in to your Freshdesk portal:

   1. Click your profile icon at the top right corner and select Profile settings.

      

      The My Profile Settings page appears.

   2. Click View API Key.

      

   3. In the Your API Key field, copy the API key.

      

   4. Make a note of the domain name. The domain is in the Freshdesk portal URL.

      https://<domain name>.freshdesk.com

      

2. Log in to your Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal:

   1. From the top right, click Integration Manager.

      

   2. In the Freshdesk widget, click Connect.

      

      The Freshdesk window appears.

      

   3. Click Add key.

      The Add API key window appears.

      

   4. In the Account domain field, enter the domain name noted in the step 1.d.

   5. In the API key field, enter the API key copied in the step 1.c.

   6. Click Add key.
