Atlassian

Atlassian provides a suite of collaboration and development tools designed to improve productivity and streamline workflows for teams.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to the Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal.

  • Administrator account with the Atlassian Management Portal.

Integrating Atlassian

  1. Log in to your Atlassian Management Portal.

    1. Select the organization you want to integrate with Harmony SaaS.

    2. Click Settings.

    3. From the left navigation pane, click API keys.

    4. Click Create API key.

    5. In the Name field, enter a name for the API key.

    6. In the Expires on field, select an expiration date for the API key.

    7. Click Create.

    8. Click Copy to copy the Organization ID and API key.

      Important - Make sure to save the API key. You cannot retrieve the key again after you click Done.

    9. Click Done.

  2. Log in to your Harmony SaaS Administrator Portal:

    1. From the top banner, click Integration Manager.

    2. In the Atlassian widget, click Connect.

      The Atlassian window appears.

    3. Click Add key.

      The Add API key window appears.

    4. In the Organization ID field, enter the Organization ID.

    5. In the API key field, enter the API key.

    6. Click Add key.
