Managing Members

Access the Harmony SASE Administrator Portal and click Team > Members.

Click the icon in the last column for the member.

To resend the invitation to members that did not accept the invitation within the validity period, click Resend Invite.

To reset the password, click Reset Password and in the confirmation pop-up that appears, click Reset Password.

To manage the devices of the user, click Manage Devices. The system redirects to the Device Inventory page. For more information, see Device Inventory.

To view the activity of a member, click the icon. The system redirects to the Member Activity page. See Member Activity.

To delete a member, click the icon and in the confirmation pop-up that appears, click Delete Member.
Changing Member Role

Access the Harmony SASE Administrator Portal and click Team > Members.

Click the icon in the last column for the member.

Click Change role and select the role.

Click Apply Role.
Unblocking Members
Harmony SASE blocks members if there are multiple failed login attempts into the Harmony SASE Agent. Blocked members are greyed-out with a lock icon.
To unblock the members:

Access the Harmony SASE Administrator Portal and click Team > Members.

Click the icon in the last column for the member.

Click Unblock User and in the confirmation pop-up that appears, click Unblock User.
Generating Sign-Out Code
You can prevent members from unauthorized sign-out of the Harmony SASE Agent. The sign-out is authorized only after the member enters a sign-out code generated by you.
To generate the sign-out code:

Access the Harmony SASE Administrator Portal.

Make sure Disable Sign-Out is enabled for the member or group.

Go to Team > Members.

Click the icon in the last column for the member.

Click Generate Sign-Out Code.
A pop-up appears with the sign-out code.

Copy the code and share it with the member.
Resetting a Member Password

Access the Harmony SASE Administrator Portal and click Team > Members.

Click the icon in the last column of the member.

Click Reset.
The Reset prompt appears.

Click Reset.
Resetting Google Authenticator Two-Factor Authentication for a Member
When a member changes his device that has Google Authenticator used for Two-Factor Authentication, they must reconfigure it on the new device. To do that, the administrator must reset their Two-Factor Authentication.
To reset Two-Factor Authentication for a member:

Access the Harmony SASE Administrator Portal and click Team > Members.

Click the icon in the last column for the member.

Select Reset Database 2FA.
-
Click Reset in the confirmation pop-up that appears.
The member receives a confirmation email for the Two-Factor Authentication reset and a link to re-activate it.
