More:
You can perform these additional actions:
-
Resync inventory from User Center - Refreshes Gateway inventory data.
For accounts with multiple Spark Firewall appliances or accounts, this may take several minutes.
-
Manage User Center accounts - Opens the Managed User Center accounts dialog.
-
Move to archive - When you select Unassigned Gateways and then select Move to archive, the Gateways appear in the archive table and do not appear in the Unassigned Gateways table.
To restore a gateway from the archives, go to Manage archived Gateways and click Restore to inventory.
Do this for Unassigned appliances appear that are no longer in use. For example, appliances that are RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or EOS (End of Service).
Note - A resync removes Gateways if they no longer exist in the linked User Center account.
