Configuring Notifications

To use system notifications, you must configure mail settings for Quantum Spark Management.

You can configure Quantum Spark Management to send notifications to Quantum Spark Management system administrators for specified events.

To configure system notifications:

1. In the left navigation tree, click Settings.

2. Click Notifications.

3. Configure which notifications to send to system administrators:

   1. Notify the owner that a Gateway was added or changed.

   2. Notify the owner that Gateways have been connected or disconnected for over the time range you specified in the applicable fields.

4. To edit the notification emails sent to administrators, click Customize.

5. Click Save.

Configuring Gateway Reports

Gateway Reports let you customize email notificationd for Gateway reports.

To configure Gateway report templates:

1. In the left navigation tree, click Settings.

2. Click Notifications.

3. In the Gateway Reports section of the page, select a language in the field Customize report's message for this language.

4. Select the email template and click Customize next to one of these options:

   • Complete message (with report as an attachment)

   • Preface text (to an embedded report)

     The Message Template window opens in the Preview tab. You can edit the text, and add and remove administrators and users.

Configuring Summary Reports

To configure statistics reports:

1. In the left navigation tree, click Settings.

2. Click Notifications.

3. In the Reports section of the General page, specify the time range for your report: daily, weekly, or monthly.

4. To edit the reports, click Customize.

5. Click Save.
